• Serious symptom routing: For potentially urgent conditions (e.g., chest pain, shortness of breath), the app advises seeking immediate professional care.
• Harmful content: The app does not provide instructions for self-harm, violence, or illegal activity.
• Age awareness: Where age is provided, content is tailored to avoid unsafe suggestions for children, elderly, or pregnant individuals.

4) Bias & Fairness

• We test prompts across multiple languages to reduce bias.
• We avoid demographic-based suggestions unless clinically relevant.

5) Privacy & Security

• Data is transmitted via encrypted channels.
• We avoid storing sensitive health data unless strictly necessary for a feature.
• Payments are handled by vetted providers; we do not store card data.

6) Human Oversight

• We encourage users to consult licensed healthcare professionals.
• Clinician feedback loops (planned) will allow ongoing improvement.

7) Incident Reporting

If you believe the app produced unsafe or harmful output, please contact support via the app. We review incidents promptly and update guardrails as needed.
